Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why IV and Injectable vitamins?

Supplementing vitamins by IV or IM injection allows for a MUCH higher rate of absorption compared to oral supplements. You can receive higher doses of each vitamin than possible orally and IV infusions have the added benefit of 100% usable hydration directly to your bloodstream.

  • Are you real nurses?

Yes! All of the nurses on our staff are Registered Nurses with valid licenses. You’re in good hands, our nurses have years of experience and are the best of the best! Our nurses work using orders and prescriptions provided by our medical director who is an actively practicing Emergency Physician.

  • Where do you get your vitamins?

All of our vitamins, amino acids, peptides and medications come from 503b and 503a pharmacies that we have thoroughly researched and trust. Additionally our medical supplies come from trusted suppliers used by medical offices and hospitals all over.

  • Do I have to have an appointment?

While we recommend an appointment to avoid wait times, all of our locations do take walk-ins!

For mobile services you must have an appointment.

*Mobile appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a $50 Same Day Fee paid directly to the RN.

  • What services do you offer?

RevIVe & Restore offers IV hydration, vitamin and amino acids infusions and injections, NAD+ therapy, peptide therapy, weight loss solutions, and functional lab testing.

  • What payments do you accept? Do you take insurance?

We accept cash, check, debit, all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, CashApp, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay and AfterPay.

We do not work with insurance.

  • How often should I infuse/inject?

We recommend IV infusions no more than once/week except in times of illness or special circumstances and every 3-6 weeks for maintenance. Every person and situation is different so please reach out for personalized guidance!

Our recommendation for frequency of injections varies by person and injection but a general guideline is weekly to biweekly for most of our vitamins/amino acids. Again, this is highly individual, please reach out for more guidance!

For guidelines on NAD+ IVs, NAD+ injections and Peptide injections please contact us for protocols.

  • Why is there a same day/ASAP/ travel fee on my MOBILE appointment?

We understand sometimes things come up at the last minute and we do our best to accommodate everyone!

The Same Day Fee of $50 is applied to mobile appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance and goes directly to the RN administering your service. This fee is to compensate our RNs appropriately for making themselves available with little notice.

The ASAP Fee of $100 for last-minute appointments helps cover the extra effort and resources needed to make that quick adjustment to our schedule.

A Travel Fee, based on distance, applies to appointments that are outside of the Wellness Nurses 20 mile radius to compensate the RN for travel time and expenses.

  • Will it hurt?

Our services do involve a needle poke but we pride ourselves in the best techniques and aim to make the process as painless as possible!
